Unsubscribe, modify, or deactivate Nike.com profile

Nike.com registered members can unsubscribe from Nike communications, modify profile settings, or deactivate an account.

Unsubscribe from Nike communications

If you wish to stop receiving Nike information and offers via email, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Nike.com account

2. Click on your user name in the upper right corner

3. Click ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop-down menu

4. Click the COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES tab, located on the left side of the SETTINGS page

5. Uncheck the box to stop receiving Nike communications and click SAVE

You can also unsubscribe from Nike emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link that is typically located at the bottom of any Nike email.

Short Message Service (SMS) Messages: To unsubscribe, please follow the instructions in the SMS messages you receive.

Direct Mail (including catalogs): Please contact us to remove your name and address from Nike's direct mailing list, or to update your mailing information. If you send us an email, include your first and last name and mailing address.

Please note: If you unsubscribe from any Nike communications, you may receive communications already in production. If you request your registration information be deleted, or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about sales transactions or service inquiries for future service and record-keeping purposes.

Modify profile settings

In the ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab, you can change your name, screen name, email address, mobile phone number, password, date of birth, and gender.

In the MANAGE ADDRESSES tab, you can modify your home address, billing address and shipping address or add a new address.

To access these settings, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Nike.com account

2. Click your user name in the upper right corner

3. Click ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop-down menu

4. Click the ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab or MANAGE ADDRESSES tab

5. Change the settings you wish to modify and click SAVE

Deactivate account

Important Note: If you deactivate your account, your information will be removed from all Nike sites, including Nikeplus.com, which will remove any Nike+ workout information attached to your profile.

If you wish to proceed, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Nike.com account

2. Click on your user name in the upper right corner

3. Click
ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the drop-down menu

4. Click the
ACCOUNT SETTINGS tab

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
