Before plugging in your Nike+ device (Nike+ FuelBand, Nike+ SportWatch, Nike+ SportBand, Nike+ Sport Sensors) to your USB port for the first time, you must download and install Nike+ Connect.

Nike+ Connect is a free software application that sends your workout data from your device to your Nikeplus.com account. Download Nike+ Connect at Nikeplus.com/setup. Click the "Download Now" link and follow the on-screen instructions to install.

Periodically, we offer updates to device firmware and Nike+ Connect software to enable new features. When Nike+ Connect updates are available, you'll automatically receive a message when you plug in your device.

If you accept, the updates will begin right away.
