Return item purchased from a Nike store
Items purchased at a Nike retail stores (NIKETOWN, Nike Store, NikeRunning, Nike Factory Store, or Nike Clearance Store) must be returned to a Nike retail store. See below for specific return guidelines.
Please note: If you purchased the item from an authorized, non-Nike retail store (Foot Locker, Dick's Sporting Goods, Eastbay.com etc.), please see Nike's return instructions for authorized retailers.
If you are unable to return the item to the original purchase location, contact the store to discuss alternative options. In some cases, items purchased at one Nike retail store can be returned to a different Nike retail store (exclusions may apply for certain items purchased at Nike Factory Stores). Return guidelines for Nike retail stores:
- With an original Nike retail receipt:
Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Photo ID is required for all returns.
- With a Nike retail gift or exchange receipt:
Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit at the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of date of purchase. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive an exchange or store credit. We are only able to provide cash refunds for items returned with gift receipts on the seven days following December 25. Photo ID is required for all returns.
- Without a receipt:
Merchandise purchased from a Nike retail store may be exchanged or returned for store credit at the current selling price if the item is unworn and unwashed. Manager approval is required.
Swimwear and undergarments may only be returned if the garment has the original price tags still attached.
- Nike+ devices:
FuelBand, SportWatch GPS, SportBand, Basketball/Training Sport Pack, Sport Charger, Sport Adapter, Sport Sensor.

Within 30 days of purchase, the device can be returned for any reason. The device must be returned with all parts originally included with the device. After 30 days, the device must be unopened with the original seal intact.
Nike+ Kinect Training for Xbox 360
Must be returned unopened. If you have questions about the operation of the game once it's opened, please contact Xbox Support.
Nike + iPod® Sport Kit, Apple iPod® touch, and Apple iPod® nano must be unopened to receive a refund.
Nike retail reserves the right to make adjustments to the return exchange policy. Special circumstances may require partnership with corporate business partners.
